Job Description:
The Social Media Account Moderator intern at Credeve will be the first line of connection between our brands and their online communities. You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day interactions across social media platforms — responding to comments and DMs, moderating discussions, flagging important conversations, and ensuring that every touchpoint reflects the brand’s tone and values. This role is more than just replying to comments; it’s about building genuine community, protecting brand reputation, and feeding real audience insights back to the creative and strategy teams.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent written communication skills in Arabic and English
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.Deep familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
- Strong understanding of brand tone and the ability to adapt voice per account
- High responsiveness and availability during peak engagement hours
- Ability to identify trends, recurring questions, or audience sentiment and report them to the team
